Telephone: 0 (262) 320 00 62

MERSIS No.: 0772150050900001

Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms governing the sale, payment and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER through www.onzipet.com, the right of withdrawal, return procedures, and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.
Conclusion of the Agreement
Before completing the order, the BUYER is informed about the essential characteristics of the products, sale price, payment method, shipping fee, delivery details, right of withdrawal and return conditions.

The agreement is concluded when the BUYER electronically approves the preliminary information form and the Distance Sales Agreement and places the order giving rise to a payment obligation. Registration with the Site is not required to make a purchase.
Order and Payment
The type, quantity and sale price of the products subject to the order, along with the payment method, shipping fee and delivery details, are displayed in the order summary and on the payment screen.

The order is processed once payment has been successfully completed or the required approval for the selected payment method has been obtained. Credit or debit card payments are processed through PayTR’s secure payment infrastructure.
Delivery
Orders are sent through contracted courier companies to the delivery address specified by the BUYER within the borders of Türkiye. International delivery is not available.

The product subject to the order is delivered within the period specified at the time of ordering and, in all cases, within the statutory maximum period of 30 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the address, public holidays, courier workload and regional conditions.

The SELLER is responsible for any loss of or damage to the product until it is delivered to the BUYER or to a person designated by the BUYER.
Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before the product is delivered.

Notice of withdrawal may be submitted through the return request section on www.onzipet.com, by sending an email to [email protected] or in writing.

The BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The product must be returned complete with its packaging, accessories, promotional products and any other components, where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs and Refunds
If the product is returned through the contracted courier company specified by the SELLER, the BUYER will not be charged the return shipping cost associated with exercising the right of withdrawal.

The product price and any standard delivery charge are refunded no later than 14 days after the product is handed over to the specified carrier, using a payment method consistent with the method used by the BUYER for the purchase.

If the BUYER returns the product through a carrier other than the one specified, the refund period begins on the date the product reaches the SELLER.
Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
  • Products specially prepared in line with personal needs,
  • Products that may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date may pass quickly,
  • Products whose packaging, protective tape or seal has been opened and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons,
  • Products that become mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated,
  • Services supplied instantly in an electronic environment and digital content.

Food, treats, supplements, care products and hygiene products whose packaging, protective tape or seal has been opened cannot be accepted for return under the right of withdrawal if they are unsuitable for resale for health or hygiene reasons.

The BUYER’s statutory rights remain reserved if the product is defective, spoiled, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the delivered product is defective, spoiled, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the BUYER may exercise one of the following rights:
  • A refund,
  • A reduction in price proportionate to the defect,
  • Replacement with a defect-free product, where possible,
  • Free repair, where appropriate to the nature of the product.
The costs of returning and shipping a defective product cannot be charged to the BUYER.

If there is visible damage to the shipping package, it is recommended that a damage report be prepared and photographs be taken. Failure to prepare a report at the time of delivery does not automatically eliminate the BUYER’s statutory rights.
Products That Become Impossible to Deliver
If it becomes known that delivery of the product subject to the order is impossible, the SELLER will notify the BUYER within 3 days. The product price and any delivery charges are refunded no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

The mere fact that a product is out of stock is not, by itself, considered impossibility of delivery. A different or equivalent product will not be supplied in place of the ordered product without the BUYER’s explicit consent.
Resolution of Disputes
For disputes arising from this agreement, applications may be made to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees located in the BUYER’s place of residence or in the place where the consumer transaction was carried out, within the monetary limits in force on the application date.

For disputes exceeding the jurisdictional monetary limit of the Consumer Arbitration Committee, applications may be made to the consumer courts, without prejudice to the provisions on mandatory mediation as a prerequisite for legal action.
Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force when the BUYER completes the order by electronically approving the preliminary information form and the Distance Sales Agreement relating to the order. The product, price, payment and delivery details specific to the order are included in the order summary and order records.
